About Akron Basement Pros

Akron Basement Pros connects homeowners in Akron and nearby towns with local providers for basement waterproofing, sump pumps and foundation repair.

A wet basement or a moving wall has a cause, and the fix should follow from it. The pages on this site explain the common methods, what national cost guides say they cost, and what to ask for in a written quote, with sources linked.

When you request an estimate, your information is shared with a local provider in the Akron area who contacts you to schedule an inspection. This site does not perform the work; it passes your request to someone who does. Ask the provider for proof of licensing and insurance, and confirm the permit requirements with your city.
